Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:
HAVEN hair studio requires 72 hours notice for service changes, rescheduling or to cancel an appointment. This is the minimum amount of time neccessary for us to make adjustments to our timing and schedule, and/or reach out to those on a Waitlist.
Within 72 hours - $0 charge
Within 48 hours - 50% of the services booked
24 hours or less - 100% of the services booked
No show - 100% of services booked, no exceptions. Will require 50% non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.
LATE POLICY:
If you are running late for your appointment, please call or text the studio at (813) 928-2984 to let us know, as we may not be able to accommodate the late arrival. Please use only this phone number.
If you arrive 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, you will incur a late charge of $25 added to your service total, and the blow-dry and styling portion of your service may be forfeited.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and you will be considered a no-show/late cancel, incurring a charge of 100% of your booked services.
ADJUSTMENTS:
We take great pride in what we do; we love our clients, and their satisfaction is our number one priority. We believe in providing top-notch customer service and exceptional quality in our work. Due to the nature of chemical processes, sometimes things don’t go as expected and/or desired results may be miscommunicated. If after the first 4-5 days, and following our recommended aftercare guidelines, a client requires an adjustment to their hair, we will communicate to determine the proper course of action. While adjustments can be made, NO REFUNDS will be issued. By agreeing to the service, the client agrees to pay the full amount of the service total upon completion of their scheduled appointment.
